Together, we will wonder in a psychoanalytic mood about familiar stories in the Torah and the Christian New Testament
Before Dinner, on February 26:
Taught by Cia Sautter, Ph.D
Judaism has many physically spiritual traditions. These traditions have often borrowed from the culture, understanding that Kavvanah – intention- is everything. We will use modern day yoga techniques to explore Kabbalah principles of body-mind centering that include “bending the spine,” breathing fully, and creating a greater mindfulness. Music and discussion will be included, to help create a community-centered, joyful experience.
For this session, suggested donation - $5-$15 but all welcome.
If you can breathe, you can participate!
